Around 39% or € 2.9 billion of the total Rodamco Europe portfolio is located in the Netherlands. In total, we (co-)own 26 dominant shopping centers throughout the country. In addition, we have invested in 114 units in shopping centers and own over 300 high-street shops. As the portfolio currently stands, it is 90% retail, fully in line with Rodamco Europe’s Return on Retail strategy. Our office portfolio (10%) consists predominantly of properties in good locations on long-term leases. Although our strategy is divestment of office in favor or retail assets, we are in no hurry as our office portfolio is solid.
