Later became Head of Corporate Development and Planning (1997), Executive Vice President - CFO and Head of Office Division (1999), Managing Director (2002) and CEO (2005). Before joining Unibail, he spent 3 years with the M&A and Corporate Finance Departments at Morgan Stanley in London and then in Paris.
