This web site of Rodamco Europe N.V. and other Websites of a Rodamco Europe company (together referred to as ‘Websites’) are maintained by Rodamco Europe N.V. or a Rodamco Europe company. Rodamco Europe N.V., a public limited liability company and an investment company with variable capital incorporated under Dutch law, is a quoted closed property investment company and has a permit under the Act on the Supervision of Investment Institutions.

Rodamco Europe collects and processes such information to conduct its business, to inform you and for the development of web statistics. Governing law and jurisdiction

12.               These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes in relation to these Terms of Use and / or the use of the Websites will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
