	Catherine C. Pourre (1957), Managing Director
	French National. Executive Vice-President in charge of Unibail central departments. Joined Unibail in 2002 as Executive Vice-President in charge of Finance, HRM, IT, legal department and property engineering department. Previously Executive Director of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young France after ten years as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.


	Peter M. van Rossum (1956), Managing Director
	Dutch national, started as CFO on 20 April 2006. Has 24 years of wide international expertise and experience in various finance positions at Shell. The last position being Regional Finance Director for Shell Exploration and Production in Asia Pacific. He was also finance manager at the Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij (NAM) from 2000 to 2003 and a Director on the Non-Executive Board of Woodside Petroleum, a company listed on the Australian stock exchange.
